Terms of Service

Last Updated & Effective: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Examer (https://examer.online), including our recruitment dossiers, admit card portals, syllabus analyses, and free candidate tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Informational & Non-Affiliated Service

Examer operates strictly as an independent information aggregator. We are not an arm, agency, or contractor of any recruiting body (such as UPSC, SSC, RRB, IBPS, or State PSCs).

While we strive for 100% accuracy, in any case of contradiction or dispute between the information published on Examer and the official gazette issued by the recruiting commission, the official commission notification shall strictly prevail.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Candidates, job seekers, and educators are granted a free, non-exclusive license to view, bookmark, and share notification summaries and utilize our in-browser tools.

Strictly Prohibited:
  • Deploying aggressive automated scraping bots that degrade site availability for genuine aspirants.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass client-side limits of candidate utility tools.
  • Republishing our synthesized syllabus blueprints or editorial dossiers for commercial resale.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All original editorial formatting, code, site layout, syllabus overlap visualizations, and custom software utilities belong to Examer. Official recruitment logos, gazette names, and commission trademarks referenced on this platform remain the exclusive property of their respective statutory bodies and are used under nominative fair use.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
